It is against the law for Pride of Lunatics or you to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

In placing this order, and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant to Pride of Lunatics that:

You are over the age of 18 and will producer evidence of age if requested at the time of pick up or delivery
Any person that you are obtaining items contained in this order for, or supply the order to, is over the age of 18 years, and
You will not take or supply any part of your order to any liquor-restricted area or community.

By placing an order through this website you agree to the following trade terms and conditions:

Any orders placed using our website at https://www.prideoflunatics.com is a direct purchase from the winery by you the customer. All wines are sold subject to availability, any vintage or price changes will be notified prior to processing and dispatch. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched the following Wednesday from receipt of the order (or within five working days) using either Fastway/Aramex or Australia Post depending upon your location. Please give clear instructions regarding address, location and what to do if nobody is at home when the carrier calls. Wine is dispatched and delivered only between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. While we will endeavour to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Pride of Lunatics reserves the right not to dispatch wines in exceptionally hot weather (30 deg C and above) at Pride of Lunatics or at the end destination.

SALE OF ALCOHOL
Under the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Act (LLA) 2007; It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Pride of Lunatics you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our carrier may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
