Notes of wood, herb and green fruit fill the mouth. Round and deceivingly capacious, this drop narrows in on the typicity that the calm and expansive planet is known for.

100% Viognier. 10.1% Vol.
One-part whole bunch ferment and left whole for one moonth. One-part whole bunches cold soaked, basket pressed and then fermented in neutral American oak. One-part through carbonic maceration, then whole bunch pressed to old American oak.
All ferments conducted on the wild side.
Blended and bottled with a sprinkling of sulphite.
